The first version of GetHuman for WebOS devices has been released to the Palm app store. The GetHuman app has customer service phone numbers, email addresses, chat options, and more for major businesses, and the steps for getting a live person – just like the web site. But unlike the site, the app is on your phone, meaning that you can contact customer support from wherever you are. The app dials the phone number for you after suggesting how to talk to a real person. The app also updates itself weekly from GetHuman.com, the collaborative consumer information database.

The first version allows for you to call the contact, add to your phonebook, look up more contact methods, and get a direct link to that company’s GetHuman.com page. I’m already working at incorporating several of the updates and suggestions people have commented about in the Palm app store and would definitely welcome any more comments and suggestions!

Head over to the Palm app store now and get the app for free here:

If you get the app make sure to rate the app and let me know how I can improve it!
